Handing
your computer over to get it fixed can be a frustrating experience

clog up a computer. Further he downloaded all the necessary
patches from Microsoft and updates from third-party programs--essentially

gift...he even had the "Welcome" screen with my son's
name on it--talk about "attention to details!" Also,
after downloading a game for my son, the game had issues with
the Vista platform and Joel was able to remotely handle the
situation.
And finally, my mom had issues with her Dell desktop. Keep in
mind my mom is as technologically challenged as it gets. Joel
fixed her computer and was able to explain to her what happened
and how it was fixed. He was also instrumental in advising and
suggesting ideas for her new flat screen panel monitor that
she is enjoying to this day.
